We are looking for an experienced
Sales Representative (m/f)
to develop growth of CG – CLUB of GENTS in the Irish market. Ensuring achievement of sales targets, you will be responsible for growing and implementing all regional sales activities of CG – CLUB of GENTS. The successful candidate will demonstrate energy and genuineness in bringing the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative (m/f) include
Taking charge of market entry and sales development in Ireland
Developing sales strategies and action plans that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability targets
Identifying and developing new client opportunities whilst growing existing client portfolio
Responsible for the performance and development of new sales in the Irish market
Providing timely feedback to Head of Business Development and International Sales in the German head office regarding performance, sales strategy, competitor and market activities
Ability to build, develop and maintain lasting relationships with key accounts; always focusing on customer satisfaction and market needs
Maintaining extensive network of contacts within relevant Irish fashion retailers and retail fashion groups
Building and nurturing external relationships with buying and merchandising teams, store management and shop floor teams
Building of strategic partnerships with fashion influencers and market experts
Representing CG – CLUB of GENTS on various exhibitions and events
Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion industry, preferably in regional account management and territory sales
Work experience in menswear is highly desirable
Proven track record of meeting and exceed sales targets, possessing a hunger to win the business
Successful driving of key accounts, and implementation of best practice key account management
Immersive fashion trend interest and knowledge of major and regional accounts • Knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behaviour / trends and the retail landscape
Positive thinking and “can-do” attitude
Excellent communicator on all levels across internal and external networks
Highly organised and enjoys working independently and remotely
Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
Strategic mindset with proven experience driving long-term business plans, growth & strong service levels
Ability to travel frequently and extensively through Ireland
Full driving licence
