Location: Aberdeen

are currently recruiting for a Business Coordinator to join their Operations, Sales and Support Functional Teams to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will work alongside our offshore business local teams based in Aberdeen, Esbjerg, Stavanger, Abu Dhabi and Houston and support them in all elements. This role would ideally be suited to a recent graduate, looking to carve out a Career within a Multi Global Business. It is a full time and permanent position.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) DatabaseSalesforce ensuring all targeted accounts are contacted regularly and updates and actions are recorded on the system.
  • Support in the development of operational performance reviews and logging of meetings and tasks in Salesforce.
  • Attendance and action taker at operational performance reviews and sales target meetings.
  • Maintain Aramark's contracts and amendments database. Liaising with operations, and legal from start-finish.
  • Focal point for Aramark's global Partnership Value Index (PVI)customer satisfaction system.
  • Maintain Aramark's corporate profiles both online and social media, including marketing, new articles, case studies and awards and recognition.
  • Coordinating key trade events, meetings and entertainment.
  • Proof-reading/quality-checking documents to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Generating and providing regular and ad-hoc reports to the management team both globally and locally.
  • Develop content for pre-qualification and tender responses which are bespoke to Aramark. Working closely with Aramark's bid team.
  • Maintain Aramark's FPAL/Achilles/Pre-qualification Database.

Candidate Requirements:


  • Degree in Marketing, Business or another relevant subject
  • Have a confident and engaging personality and ability to multi-task across all departments
  • Take pride in delivering a high-quality proposals and documents, looking to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
  • Be committed to delivering excellent customer service via all means of communication.
  • Be able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately, portraying the best values of the organisation.
  • Excellent written English and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
