Page Personnel have collaborated with a non-profit organisation in the recruitment of an Administrator to join the Admin and Secretarial team on a part-time basis. This position is a 3 month temporary role working 8hrs per week based in Leeds City Centre.Job Description
Key responsibilities included: assist the Head of service in organising their administrative workload and following up resultant actions, support email systems and management, support diary management, arranging appointments and meetings as appropriate, make administrative arrangements and the planning for internal and external meetings, provide administrative support, including preparing agendas, proof reading, producing minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are progressed, support preparation of information / reports & other adhoc duties as required.The Successful Applicant
