We are looking to recruit a Bank Support Workers to join a team at Pinecroft, our specialist residential home to four autistic adults, based in Alveston, near Bristol and in our outreach team, who support people living in their own or family home in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
They have a variety of interests and support requirements, including maintaining their homes, social networking and attending activities. We are looking for staff with a “can do” approach who can actively support them in developing skills to promote their health and wellbeing, inclusion in the local community and greater independence.

You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people. You might not have lots of experience yet, but if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you.
Your working pattern will be varied over a seven day rota and could include sleep-ins and bank holidays.
You’ll be joining our team, both locally and nationally and we’ll support you every step of the way.We provide a fantastic one-year induction programme, regular one-to-ones, annual appraisals, continuing learning and development opportunities and the support you need to develop a career in social care.
A full driving licence and access to transport are essential.
