The Roles : Functional Consultants & Associate Consultants, EMEA
We are hiring at both the Consultant and Associate Consultant levels in EMEA. These are full-time roles that requires travel (Including international). Therefore, you must have work authorization as an EU citizen or have residency without the need for sponsorship/visa. All new hires will go through an intensive consulting training at our US Head-quarters in Houston, Texas. This training will cover accounting, software development, databases (SQL), and the finance behind business to business transactions.
  • EU citizen or have residency without the need for sponsorship/visa now or future.
  • Design, build and deployment of innovative solutions with complete ownership
  • Manage client relationship via direct interaction with the clients
  • Work closely with the product management team to develop innovative products
  • Lead global rollouts to various countries
  • Advise clients on best practices in Financial Supply Chain Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organised with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a thirst to learn and succeed
  • Team-orientated approach with the confidence to contribute
Desirable skills
  • 2nd European language ( German and/or French desirable )
  • Understanding of the Order-to- Cash cycle
  • Understanding of the software engineering process
Analytical skills are essential to succeed in this role. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and communication skills including the ability to discuss business challenges and provide innovate solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. Looking for self-motivated individuals with passion to succeed. Candidates with strong academic background will be given preference.
