Business Development Coordinator Jobs - Aberdeen
Contract is currently recruiting for an organised, adaptable and tenacious Business Development Coordinator to join our North Sea Offshore Operations business development team in Aberdeen. This is a 12 month fixed term, full time position supporting a range of business development and sales activity, including bids and proposals administration, events and marketing coordination, maintenance and updating of sales systems and corporate communication.
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Business Development team with compilation of proposals and sales tenders
  • Developing and maintaining of trackers and providing regular sales reports as requested by the Business Development Manager
  • Managing events calendar and responsible for planning and coordination of division attendance at industry events
  • Creation and/or formatting of presentations
  • Responsible for maintaining stock of branded merchandise and liaising with suppliers
  • Assisting with development of divisional corporate literature
  • Liaise with clients direct as and when required
  • Liaison with project teams to ensure sales information is being accurately captured for division
  • Focal point for maintenance and updating of sales systems (FPAL, CRM etc.)
  • Development and ownership of generic templates for proposals, tenders etc.
  • Diary management
  • General administrative support to the business development team

Person Specifications:
  • Computer literate with excellent written English and IT skills.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience of creating professional bids and tenders
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise deliverables in a changing work environment
  • Tenacious with the ability to coordinate and motivate others
