Graphic Designer

Within this role you’ll be expected to

• Support all design related activities, from ideation to final production, creating of creative content across all multi- channels including website, print, email, social, video, etc.
• Create visual designs, layouts, brand identity and iconography to a high standard within expected timeframes
• Work with design systems, visual languages and brand guidelines whilst also knowing when to break the rules
• Have a good understanding of Brand and Visual Design as a discipline and a practice
• Have excellent attention to detail, consistently delivering a number of successful and high-quality production assets to clients
• Be collaborative, thriving in fast-paced environments when working with clients and other internal teams
• Have a proactive, positive can-do approach and want to contribute to the culture of the team, inspiring others who work with you
• Engage in training, conferences or other events that further your craft

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing strong graphic design work
• Graphic Design (or similar) degree required
• Experience within an agency or in-house creative team
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including copy, business and strategy
• Understanding of design principles, web standards, typography and colour, and branding
• Proficiency using different design tools such as, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Principle, InVision or similar prototyping tools
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Basic motion design experience a plus
