NURSING HOME DETAILS An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based in the Aberdeen area with excellent standards of care. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents, including care for residents with Dementia and End of Life Care. The Home Manager is looking for the Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. The service welcomes applications from Adult Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses as full training and support will be given. Applications from experienced managers and also nurses looking for that next step up in their career will be considered for this role as full management training and support is offered.
