We are currently recruiting for an Office Admin Assistant to be based in our Leeds office, reporting into the National Property Manager as part of the Central Services Team. You will provide general office services to the business, which will include the collation and sorting of incoming and outgoing mail, scanning business files, printing, document binding and reception cover.
What you’ll be getting up to:
Collection and collation of business mail in preparation of Royal Mail distribution
Accurate and timely post distribution, timely file scanning and printing
Providing a print service for large quantity print runs
Producing mail-merged documents for several departments including the checking and correcting of data when appropriate
General stock checking and ordering of stationary items and bespoke printed materials
Using online systems to book rail travel and utilising most economical routes
Co-ordinating and maximising the use of company pool cars
Producing event packs by printing appropriate documentation, collating into folders and preparing for despatch to event locations
Preparing mail shots, filling envelopes ready for despatch
Checking of driving license and other personal car details to ensure all business driving is legally compliant
Assisting with the locating of documents within the archive centre
Reception Cover when required and completion of general clerical duties and the upkeep of relevant Office equipment
Adhering to Data Security Policies Coordinate
You will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets:
