Service Partner (Delivery & Collection)
Parcel, formerly UK Mail, are looking for committed individuals and delivery businesses to develop Service Partner relationships.
We handle millions of parcels each year, the collection and delivery Drivers are at the heart and public face of our business. By becoming a Service Partner you are given independence, flexibility and autonomy as you will be your own boss and be managing yourself or your own group of drivers ensuring you and they meet all of our standards and service levels.
You and your drivers will be the public face of our organisation, interacting with customers and members of the public throughout their working day and as such will need a customer focused and professional attitude. They should be naturally productive, committed and organised individuals, used to providing first class levels of service and delivering our customer commitment ‘To collect and deliver with a team that cares’.
We will help you develop and grow your business, you can start with just 1 route and this can grow up to 8 or 9. We can point you in the direction of a number of suppliers who can also help you manage your business, providing you with the required insurances, tax and company formation advice, vehicle supply and fuel cards.
You will need to have large (MWB/LWB) white vans, that are less than 5 years old or be prepared to lease or hire them.
Prospective Partners will need to demonstrate a proven track record of experience, honesty and integrity, preferably within a multi-drop delivery environment.
