The Role:

We are looking for customer service advisors to start work on our exciting campagin so apply today!

Within the role you will be using your Customer Service skills to support customers queries and upselling products

Duties include by are not limited to:

  • Answer customer calls within a set timeframe
  • Listening effectively to customers, upselling when oppertuinty presents itself
  • Resolve customer query within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently
  • Record customer details accurately
  • Provide a high-quality professional service
  • Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to at all times
  • Work to KPI’s set by team manager

Essential Criteria:

· Excellent customer service experience

· Ability to show a good work ethic

· Strong relationship building skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

· Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience

Desirable Criteria:

· Ideally you will have previous experience of using phone & technology systems within a call centre

What You’ll Get:

· Temp to Perm contract after probation review (4 months)

· Full training

· 37.5 hours per week pro rata

· Safe working environment

· £17,000 per annum, pro-rata

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
