The Library supports a learning community which is inclusive of students, academics and researchers. The Welcome Team work at the Library reception, delivering a high quality customer service and a welcoming experience for all visitors and users of the Library.

You will maintain and promote the Library as a secure and welcoming study environment. You will provide a friendly, informed and efficient welcome to all visitors to the Library. A commitment to high quality service and an organised approach will be essential.

This post is for 15 hours a week and involves working at Kedleston Road and Brittania Mill Libraries. Please refer to the attached uploaded document for patterns of work.
