When was Oviva founded?
2014. Oviva is founded by Kai Eberhardt, Manuel Baumann and Mark Jenkins. We employ the first dietitian in Switzerland. The first person is treated, supported by our app.
How do you use the Oviva app?
- Simply download the app and you will be matched with a personal dietitian based on your background, requirements and preferences.
- You will discuss your personal aims and concerns with your dietitian, make a personalised plan, and set goals using the app.
Is Oviva part of NHS?
All Oviva programmes are available to you for free on the NHS. We can support you with a range of health conditions, including prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, weight management and adult & paediatric nutrition.
What is Oviva diet?
Oviva Diabetes Remission is a free service that aims to help people transform their health, lose weight and put their type 2 diabetes into remission. The programme takes place over 12 months, including a 12 week 800-850 kcal/day diet using meal replacement products such as shakes and soups.
