A typical order can take 7 – 10 working days from you placing your order to your medication being delivered.
How do I unsubscribe from Pharmacy2U?
You can reach us by phone on weekdays between 9am and 5pm, and on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm. Please note that we are closed on Bank Holidays. You can reach us by email [email protected] out of hours, we aim to respond to your email within 1 to 2 working days of this being received.

Is Pharmacy2U an NHS service?
We’ve worked with the NHS for over 20 years establishing the first Electronic Repeat Prescription service in 2002. We now deliver over half a million prescriptions a month to over 700,000 patients delivering prescriptions when they’re needed.
How are pharmacies paid?
For every dispensed item, pharmacies are reimbursed at an agreed price as listed in the Drug Tariff. Buying profit is generated by ensuring that goods are purchased at a price lower than the listed price.

Can pharmacy deliver controlled drugs?
1) As part of the Pandemic Delivery Service the pharmacy can deliver the CD to the patient. 2) If the pharmacy does not have a delivery option they can dispense the script and request another pharmacy to deliver. 3) Or they can pass the prescription to another pharmacy to dispense and deliver the CD.

What is my nominated pharmacy?
When you order a prescription online, you can have your prescription sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called a nomination. Once you nominate a pharmacy: you will no longer need to collect paper prescriptions from your GP surgery.
How do you login to Pharmacy2U?
Logging In. From the Pharmacy2U homepage, simply click the ‘log in’ button in the top right hand corner of the page. For NHS repeat prescriptions or private prescriptions select the NHS repeat prescriptions account at the top of the page.
How can I get antibiotics without seeing a doctor?
Yes, there are antibiotics that you can get over the counter. These can be found at any local drug store or grocery store pharmacy. That said, only certain types of antibiotics, such as topical antibiotics, are available over the counter.
Can you get NHS prescriptions delivered?
All you’ll pay for is your usual NHS prescription charge, unless you’re exempt. Most orders will fit through a letterbox so you don’t need to be home to receive your delivery. Pause deliveries and get email reminders to order your next prescription.
How can I get a prescription without going to the doctor UK?
If your local pharmacy is closed, you can get your medicine from any pharmacy as long as they have it in stock. Use the NHS pharmacy service search to find other nearby pharmacies and their opening hours – some are open until midnight or later, even on public holidays.
